Amending the record
The engine is deterministic; the intake is human. If a label on file is wrong, the grade is wrong, and the clerk wants to know.
Filing a correction
Name the case, name the field, and attach the evidence — a photograph of the physical Supplement Facts panel, or a link to the manufacturer’s current listing. Corrections are processed against the same methodology as everything else. Same label in, same verdict out.
Corrections are filed in the open, on the public repository, so the request and its resolution are part of the record too.
File a correction →No account is needed to read a filing. Opening one requires a GitHub account, which is the only reason that link leaves this site.
What happens next
If the correction stands, the case is restamped and a Notice of Amended Filing is published. The previous grade remains visible, struck through. A record office does not erase; it amends.

The label on file was corrected on 0000-00-00 (magnesium: 200 mg → 400 mg). Restamped under GRADING.md v2.2.0: C+ (previously F).
The record has been amended. The methodology has not.
A grade can be wrong two ways. If the label on file is wrong, this page fixes it. If you think the method itself is wrong, that argument belongs to GRADING.md, which is public and versioned for exactly that reason.
